In industrial production and warehouse management, the safe storage of chemicals and hazardous materials has always been a core issue in risk control. Improper storage facility design can lead to material leaks and environmental contamination at best, and major safety incidents such as fires and explosions at worst.
Traditional warehouses often lack specialized designs for hazardous materials: insufficient ventilation, no spill containment measures, lack of explosion venting functions... These "invisible hazards" often cause irreversible losses when accidents occur.
Shanghai Tengxi (TKC), based on years of engineering practice, has developed five standardized containerized chemical storage solutions covering all scenarios from small laboratories to large industrial parks:
1. DLC Explosion Venting Technology When accidental deflagration occurs in the storage space, DLC explosion venting panels can open within milliseconds, directing explosion pressure to a safe direction, protecting the integrity of the main structure, and preventing secondary disaster expansion.
2. Forced Ventilation System Based on the volatility of stored chemicals, a forced ventilation system with appropriate air exchange rates is configured to ensure that the concentration of flammable gases in the storage space always remains below 25% of the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL).
3. Spill Containment Design All models are equipped with spill containment pallets or double-floor designs, ensuring that even if container damage occurs, liquid chemicals will not flow out of the storage unit, preventing soil and groundwater contamination.
4. Anti-Static Grounding All metal components are connected through an anti-static grounding system, eliminating the risk of static electricity accumulation causing ignition.
TKC containerized chemical storage solutions have obtained the following certifications:
The safety of chemical storage depends on the triple guarantee of design, materials, and certification. TKC's modular solutions not only provide verified engineering solutions but also reduce project implementation cycles and long-term maintenance costs through standardized design.
