Product Series Overview

Three Series for Fire Protection, Venting, and Personnel Refuge

The product range uses two base container types—20GP and 20HC—and comprises nine standard models.

Fire-Rated Container Units
A / B

Fire-Rated Container Units

For fire-isolated storage of combustible materials and equipment. All sides and the ceiling use 120 mm fire walls, paired with a fire door or fire roller shutter.

Explosion-Venting Fire-Rated Container Units
DLC

Explosion-Venting Fire-Rated Container Units

For storage of flammable chemicals with deflagration risk. Uses fire blast walls and a lightweight venting wall; the venting configuration uses TKC-01 fasteners and restraint cables, subject to project technical documentation.

Personnel Shelter
C

Personnel Shelter

For temporary refuge near explosion-hazard areas. All sides and the ceiling use fire blast walls, paired with a fire blast door and no venting surface.

Core Construction

120 mm Fire Blast Wall with Project-Specific Venting Surface

A / B / DLC / C models share the 120 mm fire blast wall construction. A / B models use fire doors without blast design; final fire resistance is determined by project requirements.

DLC Venting Configuration

Lightweight Relief Surface for Directional Release of Deflagration Pressure

  • Venting wall: 0.6 mm single-skin profiled steel panel YX12-110-880, 50 mm foil-faced glass wool, and Q235B steel framing.
  • Venting hardware: TKC-01 venting fasteners (700 N break force) with TKC-JS900 restraint cables; fastener/cable layout and installation controls must follow the project venting design.
  • Venting area must be calculated case by case against the stored medium and net enclosure volume under GB 50016 or FM DS 1-44. DLC is a project configuration; do not describe the complete container unit as an FM-certified product.

Project-Specific Door System for DLC-B Models

Confirm both the standard door-system table and the exact model configuration against the project design. The standard configuration for TKC-20HC-DLC-B uses a 5600×2400 mm fire roller shutter.

Options & Customization

Project Options for Liquid Collection, Access, and Site Conditions

  • 20HC units, including DLC models, have a 2,400 L effective sump volume: the upper grating provides the working surface, leaked liquid flows to a liquid-tight lower sump, and the drain remains closed in normal operation.
  • Mobile ramp: effective width 2,200 mm, main length 1,500 mm, and reference weight approximately 420 kg.
  • Customizable items include doors and openings, venting-surface configuration, sump and drainage, and exterior coating; flood height for an integrated flood barrier is confirmed project by project.
