TKC Shanghai Tengxi’s fire- and blast-resistant board passes nationally certified fire resistance tests, providing comprehensive safety protection for blast-resistant buildings

Recently, the TKC fire- and blast-resistant board developed by Shanghai Tengxi passed the 2-hour fire resistance test for building curtain walls and the 4-hour fire resistance test for interior partition walls conducted by a CNAS-accredited national testing agency. The test results demonstrate that the TKC fire- and blast-resistant board, used as a fire- and blast-resistant wall, can be applied to building curtain walls, chemical plant workshops, and indoor cleanrooms for fire-and-blast retrofit. It meets the fire-and-blast requirements of relevant national standards such as GB 55037-2022 General Code for Building Fire Protection, GB/T 41336-2022 Classification and Test Methods for Fire Performance of Building Curtain Walls, GB 50016-2014 Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings, and GB 50160-2008 Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises, providing cost-effective comprehensive safety protection for new and existing buildings.
